Happy Meet Day Sea Lions! Below are a couple of reminders for tonight's AWAY meet at Cary Swim Club and attached are the heat sheets for the meet.

• Remember our warm-ups begin at 5:30pm since we are the visiting team
  • 10 and unders please try to arrive at 5:15. Warm-ups at 5:30.
  • 11 and up warm-ups 5:45
• Remember to write your swimmer's First Name Initial & First (3) Letters of Last Name on their upper left back/shoulder with black sharpie marker.

3. Boys Event Sheets that are broken down by individual swimmer and shows all their events under their name for tonight.

4. Girls Event Sheets that are broken down by individual swimmer and shows all their events under their name for tonight.

To help with reading these Boy/Girl versions, here's an example of the information under your swimmer's name and what it means:

#5 = Event Number, 1/5 = Heat 1/Lane 5, Distance/Description of Event/Stroke
