Hello! My name is Caroline Holladay, and I have been on the Scottish Hills swim team for 14 years. I have been a coach for the past three seasons and will be serving as the head coach for this 2026 season. I have had the honor of being in many record-breaking relays and events during my time on the team. In addition, I have coached on the year-round team YOTA and was a swimmer on the YOTA team for 4 years. I have also been on my high school varsity swim team since 8th grade and have been a captain the past two seasons. I am a certified lifeguard and swim instructor. I love hanging out with kids and look forward to using my skills gained from lessons and coaching to help me in my future as an elementary teacher. In my free time, I enjoy watching any NCSU Sports.
Hello my name is Julia and I can’t wait for the summer swim season to start! I am a senior at Cardinal Gibbons, headed to Notre Dame in the fall. This is my fourth year as a Sea Lion, but my 10th year doing a summer swim team. At Scottish Hills, I have been swim lesson instructor for the past 3 summers and was a coach last year. I have loved being part of the Sea Lion community and absolutely loved coaching last year! I have been a year round swimmer for 9 years and swam on my high school team all 4 years. Summer swimming brings an amazing team environment and the Scottish hills family is so much fun! I can wait to work with y’all this summer!
Hello!!! My name is Coach Evan and this is my 4th year coaching with the Sea Lions and my last year swimming :(
I love coaching at Scottish Hills and if it was my choice I'd spend all year coaching these kids. My goal is to not only leave these swimmers faster and stronger, but to also foster an environment where they can make lifelong memories and friends which makes Scottish Hills a place they can't wait to come back to every single summer. I recently spent my off season coaching with New Wave Swim Team and am excited to bring the things I learned there to Scottish hills. If you ever want updates on how your swimmer is doing on the team don’t hesitate to ask.

Outside of swimming I enjoy playing soccer, reading, crocheting, and going to the beach. I can't wait for the season to start!
