Deadline: 11:59 PM TONIGHT, Sunday

Steps to declare:
1. Log in at shrcsealions.swimtopia.com.
2. Go to Meets & Events > Sign Up Calendar.
3. Click the green "Meet Entry Open" button.
4. For each swimmer, use the drop-down menu to select "attending" or "not attending." You will also be asked about relay availability — relays take place at the beginning and end of the meet.

Speeding Tickets Cash In: Monday afternoon 
Next speeding ticket cash in opportunities: last meet on July 14th & the awards banquet on July 16th.

TUESDAY — Morning Practice
Meet Theme: NEON!

• Craft time after the 10 & Under morning practice (Cary City Meet costume craft — see previous email for details).
• Away swim meet vs. Cary Swim Club — full meet details will be sent tomorrow in the Monday Meet Memo.

WEDNESDAY — Afternoon Practices

• Stroke clinics for ages 7–10 and 11 & Up during afternoon practice, led by veteran swimmers Kaydence Sewell and Nick Shaloub
• Sea Pups only: 6:00–6:30 PM — Exhibition meet! We encourage all swimmers to come out and cheer on our youngest Sea Lions for their first meet! (Enjoy a treat afterward for every swimmer who attends)

THURSDAY — Morning & Afternoon Practices

FRIDAY — Last Fun Friday! Morning Practice Only
No afternoon practice.

SATURDAY — No Practices
Cary City Meet at SHRC — more details coming later this week.

Our coaches work incredibly hard for all 250+ swimmers. To show our appreciation, we give each coach a gift at Awards Night.
