If your swimmer needs to leave the meet unexpectedly, please notify us immediately — unexpected departures can cause issues for relay assignments.

We still have open positions for Tuesday's meet at Seven Oaks. Please sign up in SwimTopia if you can help. We ask that families volunteer a minimum of 4 shifts per season — and we truly appreciate those who go above and beyond!

Meet Theme: 4th of July — USA!

This is an away meet. Please bring your own chairs. Write your swimmer's initials on their left back/shoulder before arriving.

WHEN TO ARRIVE
5:00 PM — Home team warm-ups begin
5:15 PM — SHRC cheers
5:30 PM — SHRC team warm-ups begin
6:00 PM — Meet begins (promptly)

Note: Seven Oaks runs a very fast meet. Please be aware of where Clerk of Course is located and when your swimmer needs to check in.

POOL INFO
Address: 2500 Howard Road, Raleigh, NC 27613
Pool: 10 lanes, 25 yards. Swimmers should use the competition pool only — no other pools during the meet.

Parking: The visiting team should park and enter through the gate at the lower pool (closest to the brown garages, farthest from the big water slide). Spots immediately outside the gate may fill up quickly; overflow parking is available anywhere in the Seven Oaks lot or on the street.

Seating: The visiting team has use of half the pool deck. Enter through the lower gate and head left. You may set up your own chairs and tents; tables and chairs will also be available. The visiting team's side receives shade first.

Restrooms: Located at the upper pool — walk up the stairs and across the upper pool area.

Concessions: Snack bar is at the upper pool. Menu includes hot dogs, grilled cheese, hamburgers, soda, chips, and more. Cash and credit cards accepted.
