Scottish Hills is proud to host the 42nd Annual Cary City Swim Meet! Please read all details carefully.

KEY DEADLINES
Event entries: Monday, June 29 by 6:00 PM
Payment: Tuesday, June 30

MEET STRUCTURE
Morning Session (10 & Under): 8:00 AM start, estimated finish 12:30 PM
Afternoon Session (11 & Up): 2:00 PM start, estimated finish 7:30 PM

- Swimmers 7 & older: up to 3 individual events and 2 relays
- Swimmers 6 & under: freestyle and backstroke only (25 yards — full pool length)

HOW TO SIGN UP
Meet entry is open in SwimTopia and works the same as a regular season meet. Find "Cary City Swim Meet – 10 & Under" or "Cary City Swim Meet – 11 & Over" in the sign-up calendar.

1. Declare whether your swimmer will attend or not attend.
2. If attending, select their individual events.
3. Indicate relay availability (coaches will assign and notify families).
4. Leave any notes for the coaches in the notes section.
5. Click Save.

ENTRY FEES
6 & Under: $15
7 & Up: $25

Payment options:
- Cash or check (payable to Scottish Hills Recreational Club) — place in an envelope with your swimmer's name and leave in the Ribbon Boxes near the bulletin boards and trophy cases.
- Venmo: @SHRC1 (Scottish Hills logo) — include your swimmer's full name in the comment.

VOLUNTEERS
Sign-up information will be shared by June 30 via SwimTopia. Opportunities are available before, during, and after the meet. We ask that each participating family sign up for one shift. CCM is a major revenue generator for our club — we appreciate everyone pitching in!
