Practice Schedule for 6/1-6/4:

Regular Afternoon Practices on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday:

• 4-5pm for 11 and ups
• 5-6pm for 7-10s
• 5:45pm-6:30pm for 6 and under *No practice Wednesday

Tuesday Time Trials (more info to be sent on Monday, 6/1):

• Warm-Ups Start at 5:15pm (please do not arrive any earlier than 5pm)
• Time Trials Start at 6pm

Wednesday Sea Pups:

• 6pm-6:30pm for Sea Pups only

Saturday Make-Up Time Trials:

• 8:30am for all ages

Monday Night Pasta Pump-Up!

First Pasta Pump-Up of the season is tomorrow night! We sent out previous communication about this fun event! Pasta Pump Up! Sign-Up. Caps will be sold during Pasta Pump Up and team shirts will be handed out!

TIME TRIALS ARE THIS WEEK!

We'll be sending out more detailed information tomorrow regarding all things Time Trials. But in the meantime, four quick items to mention:

1. Please declare your swimmers for Time Trials tonight by midnight!

2. Only swimmers that are part of the Sea Pup Program do not participate in Time Trials.

3. We will have Make-Up Time Trials on Saturday, June 6th starting at 8:30am for those who are unable to make it to Tuesday night. If you are new to the team you must attend either Tuesday or Saturday Time Trials. If you are unable to make either of those times, please email [email protected].

4. Again, this year, instead of asking each family to donate items for concessions, we are asking each family to donate $25. This allows us to purchase items due to demand and track inventory more efficiently. You can turn in the $25 at the concessions table Tuesday night. We'll have more info about this tomorrow in the Meet Info email!

Birth Certificates - New Swimmers Only:

The deadline to submit a copy of each swimmer's birth certificate is June 6th. A birth certificate must be submitted before a swimmer can swim in a swim meet. Our first swim meet is June 9th. You can turn in a copy of your swimmer's certificate to Taylor or Amy during practice, Time Trials, or Make-Up Time Trials on June 6th.

Sea Lions Olympics are Coming Up!

Our annual SEA LION OLYMPICS are right around the corner! This Friday, June 5th, if you RSVP'd, your swimmer will be placed on a team ran by one of our coaches or helpers to participate in our wild & crazy relay games!

This year, our relays will be in the water! So please have your sea lion suited up! Make sure to bring a water bottle and towel!
