We are excited to announce that Registration for the 2026 Swim Season will open on April 13th! The link to register can be found at shrcsealions.swimtopia.com. All information regarding your swimmer(s), events and schedules, sponsors, volunteer commitments, recent news, spirit wear, and coaching staff will all be in one place. Sea Pups registration will open May 11th.

Registration Information

When registration opens, a blue “Register Now” button will appear in the right sidebar of the home page. You will enter parent guardian information, swimmer information, free sponsor t-shirt sizes and complete your payment. After you register, you will be sent an email link that will contain instructions to set up a password for future account use (if you don’t already have a Swimtopia account). In keeping with best practices of recreational sports teams, we will be requiring a copy of every NEW swimmer’s birth certificate. You will only have to provide this once and not at the beginning of every season. We will provide multiple opportunities between now and Time Trials for these to be submitted. They will be kept in a secure location.

Registration will close on May 26th.

Volunteer Requirement

Remember that each family is required to fulfill four (4) volunteer shifts during the season. Volunteer Leads are exempt from this requirement. While most of our Volunteer Leads are returning this season, we have a few roles that will need someone new to take over for the 2026 Season. These roles are: Concessions, Speeding Tickets, Sea Lion Olympic Coordinator, Tuesday Morning Crafts and Snacks. We Are Looking For Interns

Being an intern is a great stepping stone to becoming a coach! Interns should be at least 14 years old and able to commit to attending all meets and 2 practices per week. For more information and to apply, fill out the application.
