MEET DECLARATION & RELAY REMINDERS

Thank you to all the parents that went in and declared their swimmers up for the meet. If you missed the window to sign up your swimmer, please email [email protected] and let us know! We will get them signed up. If you know you won't be there and missed the window to mark your swimmer as "Not Attending" please also email us!

Parents: Apex Breakers is 6-Lane Pool. Coaches will do their best to get everyone in relays tomorrow, but sometimes we just aren't able because of the limited lanes. Please be aware of this if you declared for relays but do not see your swimmer listed for one.

MEET INFO

Tomorrow is an AWAY meet against Apex Breakers. Please arrive by 5:15pm for cheers before we have warm-ups at 5:30pm. See below for additional information below regarding the Apex Breakers pool/etc:

ADDRESS AND PARKING:

Apex Breakers Pool is located in downtown Apex at 309 Holleman St., Apex. 

You are welcome to park in the pool parking lots. Families are also free to park along the street or at the nearby Apex Baptist Church (across from the park on Holleman St.).

SEATING AREA:

The far side of the pool from the entrance (by the diving well) up to the side lifeguard chair is reserved for the visiting team. Please bring chairs! They do not have extra chairs available for seating. You are also welcome to bring shade tents. Deck space is limited, but you are welcome to set up tents and chairs on the grass outside the pool as well (near the playgrounds).

WARM-UP TIME:

Our warm-up time starts at 5:30 PM.

VOLUNTEER MEETING:

Volunteers will meet at the picnic tables at 5:45 PM to make sure everyone is on the same page and ready to go at 6:00 PM.

LANES, TIMING, AND DIVE-OVERS:

The Apex Breakers have a 6-lane pool. Our team will be in lanes 2, 4, and 6. Apex uses hand timing for their meets. Their starter will use dive-overs for 11&ups to keep the pace of the meet moving.

FOOD AND DRINK:

The Apex Breakers Snack Bar will have BBQ sandwiches, hot dogs, drinks, candy, and snacks available. You are welcome to bring your own coolers and food as well. Please remember that no glassware or alcohol are permitted. The snack bar accepts cash, check, and Venmo.
