Happy Sunday Sea Lions! Here are the updates for this week! Please read through to the end!
REMINDER! Cary City Meet signup will close tomorrow (July 1st) at 6pm. Make sure to sign up!! Payments are due by July 2nd. You can pay by cash or check (checks can be made out to SHRC). Please leave you payment in an envelope in the ribbons boxes in your swimmer's folder! We check the boxes daily. Thank you!!
SCHEDULE
Monday: AM and PM practice; RSA will be coaching a clinic at the morning practice!

Tuesday: AM practice; Crafts following AM practice; Away Swim Meet against Seven Oaks (Detailed meet Info will be sent tomorrow in the Monday Meet Memo)
Wednesday: No AM practice PM Practice; No Sea Pups Practice
Thursday: No practices! JULY 4th!! Come to the pool for a day of fun!
Friday: No AM practice. PM practice only
Saturday: AM Practice
SWIMMER PRACTICE REMINDERS
Parents, please remind your swimmers to be respectful and listen to their coaches during practices (including visiting coaches for our clinics). This is a reminder for all our age groups. The coaches always try to correct problems when they see them occur, but if they begin to see repeat behaviors we will talk to the swimmer/s parents. If the behavior continues, they will likely be asked to leave practice for the day.
DECLARE SWIMMER FOR MEET
Please declare your swimmer for the swim meet by 11:59 pm tonight, Sunday. Follow these instructions to declare if your swimmer will swim:
1. Log into your family account at shrcsealions.swimtopia.com.
2. Go to Meets & Events > Sign Up Calendar
3. Click on the green button with a "?" mark that says Meet Entry Open.
4. Under each swimmer click on the drop-down box that says "undeclared" and choose "attending this meet" or "not attending this meet". You will also be asked about relays for each swimmer. Relays occur at the beginning and the end of the meet.

Big swimmers! Bring your little swimmer a treat for the meet this week! If you still haven't had a chance to meet your big or little, let us know and we'll try to find a time when this can happen! Summer schedules are challenging!
