Happy Meet Day Sea Lions! Below are a couple of reminders for tonight's HOME meet and attached are the heat sheets for the meet. 

SPEEDING TICKETS

As we're sure most have noticed, the first round of speeding tickets were posted this week on the bulletin boards under the main shelter. (A reminder to new parents/swimmers: Speeding Tickets are posted after every meet to swimmers who beat their previous record time in any stroke. Kids love it and we are always so proud of their achievements over the season. Several times throughout the season we have "cash-in" opportunities for swimmers to buy treats and small prizes using their speeding tickets). So tonight, swimmers will have their first opportunity to "cash-in." We will be set up from 4:30-5:30 under the main shelter for that. 

Reminder, the SHRC Parking Lot is reserved for the visiting team and a few of our volunteers that have to unload supplies. Please do NOT park in our lot. Please follow the parking instructions described in yesterday's Meet Memo. Thanks!

• Remember our warm-ups begin at 5pm.
• Remember to write your swimmer's First Name Initial & First (3) Letters of Last Name on their upper left shoulder with black sharpie marker.

1. Traditional SHRC Heat Sheet that list all the swimmers by event.

2. Boys Event Sheets that are broken down by individual swimmer and shows all their events under their name for tonight.

3. Girls Event Sheets that are broken down by individual swimmer and shows all their events under their name for tonight.

To help with reading these Boy/Girl versions, here's an example of the information under your swimmer's name and what it means:

#5 = Event Number, 1/5 = Heat 1/Lane 5, Distance/Description of Event/Stroke
