Happy Sunday! The summer heat and Swim Team season are in full swing! 

Our team shirts have arrived! We'll be handing them out and also selling them to parents during afternoon practices tomorrow starting around 4pm. We'll be set up in the screened porch. We accept cash and credit card. Cost of shirt is $18.

We've started morning practices! Practice Schedule Calendar

Reminder of Morning Practice schedule: 

8:30-9:15am = 10 and unders (this includes 6 and unders)

9:15-10am = 11 and Ups

9:30-10am = Sea Pups

Monday: AM and PM practice; Pasta Pump-Up - Please see link below for Signups!

Tuesday: AM practice with a craft and snack following the 8:30-9:15 practice; Home Swim Meet against Abbington Alligators (more details will come out tomorrow)

Wednesday: PM practice only; Clinics @ 7-10s & 11 and Ups Practices

Thursday: AM and PM practice

Friday: AM and PM practice

Saturday: AM practice only

Meet Declaration

Thank you for all the parents who have already declared their swimmers for the meet. As you can imagine, it makes the job much easier for all the behind-the-scenes helpers when that information is correct!

Deadline to signup up in 11:59pm tonight for Tuesday's meet. Follow these instructions to declare if your swimmer will swim:

1. Log into your family account at shrcsealions.swimtopia.com.

2. Go to Meets & Events > Sign Up Calendar

3. Click on the green button with a ? mark that says Meet Entry Open.

4. Under each swimmer click on the drop down box that says "undeclared" and choose "attending this meet" or "not attending this meet". You will also be asked about relays for each swimmer. 6 and unders do not swim in relays. Relays occur at the beginning and the end of the meet.

There are instructions attached to this email for doing the meet declaration in the Swimtopia app.

Any changes after 12 pm on Monday need to be sent to [email protected] & [email protected]
