Today's Meet Memo will be all about Time Trials tomorrow night. Reminder to declare your swimmer before noon today! Attached are some documents for new parents that explain how to declare your swimmer for meets, if you are having any trouble, and also General Meet Info for this season.

1. ARRIVAL INFO

Please Park first in the SHRC parking lot and Annie Jones parking lots. Parking can also be along the street on the pool side of Tarbert Drive. Please do not park on both sides of any residential streets and allow driveway clearance for our neighbors. Please do not park or walk in anyone's yard.

Please enter through the front gate. We will be allowing seating on the pool deck and back field if necessary. For the pool deck, seating will be behind the big slide, on the wood decks (with exception of the middle shelter), and down by the shallow end of the pool. Please be aware of roped off areas. There will be a limited amount of pool furniture on the deck for seating, so please bring chairs just in case. Please do not move any deck furniture.

Please arrive in time for Warmups, but not before 5 pm.

10 and under Warm Up 5:15-5:30

11 and up Warm Up 5:30-5:45

2. CONCESSIONS

You can turn in your $25 donation at the concessions table tomorrow night. Concessions for sale are cash only. See attached flyer for Concession prices for this season. Concessions will accept cash, credit card ($5 minimum purchase), and members concessions credit.

3. TIMES AND HEAT SHEETS

We will be asking each parent to write their child's first initial and first 3 letters of their last name on their left shoulder with a black sharpie marker. This ensures that we are able to capture and record your swimmer's times correctly.

As soon as heat sheets are available, we will send them out via email. They are not final but will give you a good idea of when your child will be swimming tomorrow evening.

Clerk of Course will be located behind the deep end. Pay attention to the announcer and signs regarding when your child's age group should report to Clerk of Course.

4. VOLUNTEERS
