SPEEDING TICKETS FROM CARY CITY

We will be doing speeding tickets from Cary City Meet. I know several have asked. They will get posted on the board tomorrow morning!

SPIRIT WEAR TONIGHT

We will also be selling Spirit wear tonight in case anyone is still wanting to pick something up. We have tanks, T-shirts, and drawstring bags. We will also have any leftover team sponsor shirts tonight for sale. Sizing is limited (mainly youth shirts are available). But in case you wanted another or a sibling that's not on the team wants one we will have them there tonight for sale.

BIG SWIMMER / LITTLE SWIMMER THEME

Hype with Hydration - Bring your Little Swimmer their favorite drink and help keep them hydrated and hyped up for our last meet!

TEAM PHOTO!!

We are due for an updated Team Photo to display behind our CARY CITY MEET trophy and on our website. We are going to try and get one taken tomorrow night after warm-ups on the Tennis Courts at 5:30pm! 

SEA PUPS and SENIOR NIGHT

Our Sea Pups will be swimming in an exhibition heat prior to freestyle. Be sure to cheer these future Sea Lions on!

We will also recognize our seniors tomorrow night after breaststroke is complete! Congrats to our seniors!

MEET DECLARATION

Thank you to all the parents that went in and signed their swimmers up for the meet. As always though, if there are any last-minute changes, please email us at [email protected] and [email protected] or find Ashley or Tami at the meet. If your swimmer needs to leave the meet unexpectedly, please let us know as this causes an issue for our relays if your swimmer listed to swim in a relay.

MEET INFO - FINAL MEET OF THE SEASON

We are hosting Walden Creek tomorrow night at our pool. Please arrive between 4:45 and 5:00. Warmups for 10 and unders will take place from 5:00-5:15 and warmups for 11 and ups will take place from 5:15-5:30. Prior to arrival, please write your swimmer's name on their left shoulder (first initial, first 3 letters of last name) in Sharpie marker. We reserve the SHRC parking lot for the visiting team. Please park first in the Annie Jones parking lots. Parking can also be along the street on the pool side of Tarbert Drive. Please do not park on both sides of any residential streets and allow driveway clearance for our neighbors. Please do not park or walk in any neighbors' yard!

SEATING INFORMATION

Our team will be seated in the field. Before 5pm, you can access the field from Tarbert Drive. After 5pm, the back gate will be open, and you can also access the field from the main gate. Please remind your swimmers to stay off the volleyball court at all times.

Clerk of Course for our team will be near the deep end of the pool this week. This allows for easy access from the field for our swimmers. Olive Chapel will be seated on the pool deck and will be clerking by the small slide.

CONCESSIONS

Concessions will be located in the same area as all our home meets. There will be pizza, burgers, hot dogs, etc again.

We are still accepting $25 donations for concessions. This money is to help purchase all the concessions we offer throughout the season in place of asking parents to bring specific items each week (you only need to donate once and it's $25 per family, not per swimmer). And this year, since we hosted an extra meet and offered concessions, this money is very important to making sure we have plenty for all our families, home and visiting. Thank you!!
