Hi Sea Lion Parents!

Here is your reminder about Cary City Meet which will take place at Scottish Hills on Saturday, July 16th. Below is important information to remember at this point:

DEADLINE TO SIGNUP:

Friday, July 8th at 6pm

DEADLINE TO PAY REGISTRATION FEE:

Friday, July 8th

MEET ENTRY FEES:

• 6-and-under swimmers are $12
• 7-and-up swimmers are $24

You can pay by cash or check. Please give your money to Ashley or Tami during practice if you see us or place it in your swimmer's folder in the ribbon boxes we keep at the pool. We check those daily. We will also be at the movie night on Friday (see below) accepting payments! 

MOVIE NIGHT AT THE POOL:

This Friday, July 8th the pool will host a movie night starting at 8:30pm and show Toy Story 1, our team theme this year! The pool will send more info about this event tomorrow to all members.

HOW TO SIGN-UP FOR THE MEET:

Meet Entry for Cary City Meet is OPEN in your SwimTopia account. You will sign-up for it just as you would for one of our regular season meets. As soon as possible, please go into the sign-up calendar and find Cary City Swim Meet. The deadline for ALL ENTRIES is July 8th at 6pm. Here are the steps for meet entry:

1. Declare whether your swimmer will attend or not attend the meet.

2. If your swimmer is attending, you will choose their individual events.

3. Please choose whether your swimmer is available or not available for relays.

• The coaches will create relays and communicate to parents and swimmers if they will be swimming in a relay.

4. Leave any notes for Coach Ryan in the notes section.

5. Click Save.

6. Please sign up for a job shift. We expect each family that participates in CCM to volunteer for one job shift. It is imperative that our volunteer spots get filled for us to host a successful meet! Thank you in advance!
