1. Traditional Heat Sheets we send every week that lists all the swimmers by event.

2. Boys Heat Sheets that are broken down by individual swimmer and shows all their events under their name for tonight.

3. Girls Heat Sheets that are broken down by individual swimmer and shows all their events under their name for tonight.

To help with any confusion when reading these new versions, here's an example of the information under your swimmer's name and what it means: 

#5 = Event Number, 1/4 = Heat 1/Lane 4, Description of Event/Stroke
