Happy Father's Day to all the Sea Lion Dads! Here are the updates for this week!

1. SCHEDULE

Monday: AM and PM practice; Pasta Pump-Up Monday and games following! Come and watch your coaches get pie in their face from silent auction winners!

Tuesday: AM practice; Crafts following AM practice; Home Swim Meet against Olive Chapel (Detailed meet Info will be sent tomorrow in the Monday Meet Memo)

Wednesday: No AM practice: Focused clinics at afternoon practice

Thursday: AM and PM practice

Friday: AM and PM practice

Saturday: No AM practice; Swim-A-Thon

2. PASTA PUMP-UP and SWIM-A-THON

Mark your calendars to attend Pasta Pump-Up Mondays and our upcoming Swim-A-Thon! These are great ways for our Sea Lion parents and kids to get to know each other and learn what Sea Lion spirit is all about. You don't want to miss out!

Our Swim-A-Thon "Freestyle for Frequencies" will take place on this Saturday, June 25th, from 9-10 am. Swim as many laps as you can!

Get support for swimming with a flat rate donation from family and friends and bring your cash/checks that day!

Proceeds will go toward purchasing a new sound system for the pool!

We will be looking for the individual who can SWIM THE MOST LAPS AND RAISE THE MOST MONEY!

3. DECLARE SWIMMER FOR MEET

Please declare your swimmer for the swim meet by 11:59 pm tonight, Sunday, 6/19. Follow these instructions to declare if your swimmer will swim:

1. Log into your family account at shrcsealions.swimtopia.com.

2. Go to Meets & Events > Sign Up Calendar

3. Click on the green button with a "?" mark that says Meet Entry Open.

4. Under each swimmer click on the drop-down box that says "undeclared" and choose "attending this meet" or "not attending this meet". You will also be asked about relays for each swimmer. Relays occur at the beginning and the end of the meet.
