Happy Sunday!  Summer and Swim Team season are in full swing!

1.  This Week's Schedule

Monday:  AM and PM practice; Picnic Monday and games with the coaches

Tuesday:  AM practice with crafts and snack following the 8:30-9:15 practice; Home swim meet vs. Weatherstone (more details will come out tomorrow)

Wednesday:  No AM practice, PM Clinics at normal practice times (focus TBD by the coaches)

Thursday:  AM and PM practice

Friday: AM and PM practice

Saturday: AM practice, Sea Pups

2.  Meet Declaration

Please declare your swimmer for the swim meet by 12 pm on Monday, 6/12.  Follow these instructions to declare if your swimmer will swim:.

1. Log into your family account at shrcsealions.swimtopia.com.

2. Go to Meets & Events > Sign Up Calendar

3. Click on the green button with a ? mark that says Meet Entry Open.

4. Under each swimmer click on the drop down box that says "undeclared" and choose "attending this meet" or "not attending this meet". You will also be asked about relays for each swimmer. 6 and unders do not swim in relays. Relays occur at the beginning and the end of the meet. 

There are instructions attached to this email for doing the meet declaration in the Swimtopia app.

Any changes after 12 pm on Monday need to be sent to [email protected].

3.  Birth Certificates

If you have not turned in a copy of your swimmer's birth certificate, please do so before the swim meet on Tuesday night.  If we do not have a copy, they will be unable to swim.  Please email us at [email protected] with any questions.

4.  Tuesday's Meet Theme

Fan favorite "Dress Like the Coaches" is back for Tuesday night!  Follow the descriptions below and have your swimmer dress like one of our coaches!

Preston & Ben:  Pajamas

Amy & Sophia:  Christmas in June

Ryan & Evan:  Sports Theme (sports apparel from your favorite teams)

Asher and Giovanna:  70's/80's Theme (tie dye, headbands, ripped jeans, poofy hair)

5.  Pictures for End of Year Slideshow

I know it seems like a long time away, but we are already working on gathering pictures for our end of the season slide show.  Please email pictures to Nikki at [email protected].  You can also share a digital album with her at that address.
