Happy Monday!

Today's Meet Memo will be all about Time Trials tomorrow night.  We will be swimming BOYS vs. GIRLS for fun!

1.  ARRIVAL INFO

Please park first in the SHRC parking lot and Annie Jones parking lots. Parking can also
be along the street on the pool side of Tarbert Drive. Please do not park on both sides of any residential streets and allow driveway clearance for our neighbors.

Seating will be different for this meet.  Please enter through the front gate.  We will be allowing seating on the pool deck and tennis courts.  For the pool deck, seating will be behind the big slide and on the wood deck, with the exception of the middle shelter.  Please do not sit in any other areas of the pool deck.  For the tennis courts, please enter the courts via the ramp inside the pool area.  Everyone will need to bring their own seating as all deck furniture will be put away.  Please do not move or use any deck furniture.  

Please arrive in time for Warm Ups, but not before 5 pm.

10 and under Warm Up 5:15-5:30

11 and up Warm Up 5:30-5:45

2.  CONCESSIONS

This year, instead of asking each family to donate items for concessions, we are asking each family to donate $20.  This allows us to purchase due to demand and track inventory more efficiently.  You can turn in the $20 at the concessions table tomorrow night.  We will be selling pizza and Jersey Mike's subs tomorrow night!

3.  SPECTATOR AREAS

Please pay attention to any ropes that designate walkway areas, as well as any roped off areas that should not be entered.  

We will be keeping the area behind the finish line clear of any spectators.  6 and Under parents may have 1 parent at the end of the lane for your swimmer.  

We have plenty of area to space out and safely observe your swimmers.

4.  TIMES AND HEAT SHEETS

We will be asking each parent to write their child's first initial and first 3 letters of their last name on their left shoulder with a black sharpie marker.  This ensures that we are able to capture and record your swimmer's times correctly.  

As soon as heat sheets are available, we will send them out via email.  They will not be posted during the meet.  They are not final, but will give you a good idea of when your child will be swimming tomorrow evening.

Clerk of Course will be located behind the small slide for this meet for easy access from the tennis courts.  Pay attention to the announcer and signs regarding when your child's age group should report to Clerk of Course.
