Time Trials is a week away! Time Trials will take place on June 8th at our pool. This is a mock meet to teach our swimmers (and parents & volunteers) how a meet runs.

Follow these instructions to declare if your swimmer will swim at Time Trials. 

1. Log into your family account at shrcsealions.swimtopia.com. 

2. Go to Meets & Events > Sign Up Calendar 

3. Click on the green button with a ? mark that says Meet Entry Open. 

4. Under each swimmer click on the drop down box that says "undeclared" and choose "attending this meet" or "not attending this meet". You will also be asked about relays for each swimmer. 6 and unders do not swim in relays. Relays occur at the beginning and the end of the meet. 

Next, we ask you to sign up to volunteer. Each family will need to volunteer for a minimum of 4 sessions during the season. No experience is required for these positions and you will be given all instruction needed. Time Trials is a great time to learn about some of these positions without the pressure of a real meet. 

You can access the volunteer selection by clicking on the green "Job Sign Up Open" button next to Time Trials on the Sign Up Calendar or by clicking on the blue "Sign Up for Job" button on the swim meet status page. We will try our best to ask you to declare your swimmer's status for meets and sign up for volunteer jobs at least a week in advance of the upcoming meet. We are not able to offer a sign up for all meets at this time as not all details have been determined. Thank you for being patient!
