Here is your Sunday Update for this week!

1.  Practices this week will follow the regular calendar.  https://shrcsealions.swimtopia.com/practice-schedule.  All groups will be in the water.  Please have your swimmers bring a water bottle.

2.  A reminder that our coaches are available for private lessons for swimmers.  Coach Led Lessons are $22 per half hour session with Coach or Assistant Coach; $17 per half hour session with Junior Coach.  Please email the coaches directly at [email protected] to schedule a lesson.

3.  This week at practice, see Laura or Crystal to turn in copies of birth certificates or to pay for Silent Auction items.   Copies of birth certificates must be submitted by the first swim meet.
